Our dance classes are back... in time to get you dance floor ready for all Holiday celebrations including the Marine Corps and Veteran balls, events and galas that are coming up.
Dance classes are FREE to military veterans, active duty, reserves and first responders. All you need to do is register for class on Eventbrite.
Dance Partners are not required, but you can bring a partner if you like for a FREE dance class (your partner does not need to be a veteran or first responder)
Non Veteran & First responders can take a class with a $10 suggested donation.
We routinely are need of (follows) ladies to fill in as partners. If you would like to volunteer, please register for class under the veteran or staff option.
There are many theraputic benefits to dance that include:
Lower stress
Anxiety
Improvement in cognition, balance and coordination
Deters Dimentia and memory loss
Helps with weight loss
Encourages memory funtion
Introduces you to new veterans in our community
Helps build camaraderie among veterans in our community
