Excercise, Dance and Enjoy Zumba Gold classes at Dance Art Studio in Richmond HIll (Hwy 7 & Leslie). Our classes are tailored for Zumba beginners and those looking for low-impact excercise but BIG FUN!
First class is free upon registration. About this session
Zumba® is Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Excercise and dance to great Latin American music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.
"Zumba® Gold" is a low-impact program tailored to Zumba beginners. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow aerobics with a Latin American flair including salsa, merengue, cumbia and bachata while at the same time we focus on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to have fun and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance. Most importantly you Shake it at your own pace!
Registration is required.
Everyone entering the studio must bring clean running shoes, as no outdoor shoes are allowed inside. Also, please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to register.
