Please Join Bridgette Maria Bogedain for her New Balance, Posture, Stretching and Ballet Barre Class on Sundays at 3pm:) Starting on Sunday, January 13th. This Class is Awesome for all levels of dancers, non dancers, and just people who are wanting to improve their posture, balance, coordination, muscular strength, flexibility, and learn Wonderful Ballet Barre Basics. Price is only $ 10.00 per class Bridgette Maria Bogedain also teaches this class at Scottsdale Community College Fitness Center on Monday mornings at 10:30am to 11:20am.
