💃Argentine tango ladies technique class offers an excellent opportunity to work with your body in three main directions: balance/stability, disassociation/spiral movements, and elasticity/fluidity. You will be engaging in specific exercises and body movements that will establish a deep understanding of the tanguera's body in tango.
