Let’s Rize together Queens -- to empower, to uplift, to play!This women's empowerment class is a strong mix of yoga, salsa, bollywood, hip-hop, and tribal dance. Our goal is to enliven and extend all of your individual muscle groups and truly free your mind. With a rocking playlist and high-energy movements, you are guaranteed to sweat away the stressors of the day and shed the inhibitions of your life. For the celebrators of the moment not the weak of spirit. It is our safe place, free of the judgements and inhibitions. A place where we are TRULY supported by other women; where we can release all of our old beliefs, where we let go of our fears of inadequacy. A place where we shed the layers (figuratively AND literally!) to emerge as the strongest, most beautiful version of our divine femininity.
