Zumba/Dance Fitness meaning: i am a Licensed Zumba Instructor and my class is called Dance Fitness because Dancing is Universal. There are so many different ways to incorporate dance in fitness and music. Not just Latin because I am a Zumba instructor but Hip hop, R&B, Reggae, Salsa etc. Don’t limit yourself come out and work out. ..................................................................
