This is mostly an open work class, no partner needed.
Open level £10 drop in
Some might want to take it out to the dance floor (right after the class for example at Funky Mambo:)) and some might just use it as a weekly practice.
This class is for newbies - and for dancers !
Let's get in touch with the fundamentals and learn about new possibilities...
We break down the fundamentals of Salsa On2. We will visit the structure of the basic step, learn how to execute it and most importantly how to connect with the music.
We will learn sequences, break down combinations of footwork. All to understand what happens to our bodies and how we can move to Latin Rhythms. Furthermore we explore the basics and details of partner dance and start to look at possibilities how we could potentially connect with another body.
