3D: Dad's Day Dinner
Join your pals from Liberation Brewing Co. & Shady Grove Foods for a special LA Beer Week Father's Day Beer Pairing Event. Each plate of Shady Grove deliciousness has been painstakingly paired with a gobsmacking Liberation brew.
Course 1: Shrimp & Snapper Ceviche Tostada topped with avocado and smoked tequila pickled jalapenos paired with Bob - Belgian-Style Golden Ale conditioned with Calamansi Limes.
Course 2: Barbacoa Sope topped with salsa verde, tejano red sauce, pickled onion, and queso cotija paired with Knolls to Hill - Imperial PreProhibition Porter brewed in collaboration with our chums Ten Mile Brewing.
Course 3: Mezcal Key Lime Meringue Pie paired with Elote - Imperial Cream Ale conditioned with lime peel and chiles.
