Dance is natural in our bodies. Dance is a primal form of communication and is very deeply rooted in us. African Dance takes you on a wonderful journey that brings mind, body and spirit together to the rhythmic beat of African drums. Even if you have never danced before, even if you think you have two left feet, you can develop and get in touch with your own sense of rhythm.
African Dance and music are the roots of many dance and music forms such as Jazz, Funk, Tap, Salsa, Afro-Cuban, Hip-Hop, Swing, Zumba and have become very popular in the world over the last decades.
For all ages and abilities.
