Join us for our 3 week open level Swing Dance Class! This month, we will focus on 8 count footwork of Lindy Hop. We will work on moves such as Swing Out, the signature move of Lindy Hop!! We will be shuffling our feet, moving and turning to the swinging rhythm of big band music from 1930s and 40s. Absolute beginners are most welcome. But for more advanced dancers, we will keep it challenging with exciting variations.

Monthly pass: $45 (for 3 classes - $15 per class)
Classes are taught by Akemi Kinukawa and Lewi Gilamichael, the experienced and friendly instructors of Swing Dance Astoria. If you would like to be updated on our classes and events, please join our Facebook group ([hidden] )
We will rotate partners frequently during the lesson so you will instantly make lots of new friends!! You will have a chance to mingle and dance with each other and try out all the new moves to authentic 30's and 40's jazz music. No partner or experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.
