We are implementing our 3-year festival development plan and announcing the next edition of Undercity. What's new? We can only reveal that we are expanding the event for the next stage - the Torwar COS ice rink , which we want to prepare with a similar momentum as the Metropolis Stage. On November 3 , three scenes will be created in the Torwar hall , where you will be able to hear a total of over 20 artists , among which there will be giants of the international scene.
