First Friday at Big City Swing Beginning Lesson @ 8PM. No partner or experience required. Arrive a little before 8pm if its your first class. The evening, inclusive of the lesson, is 10 (cash only at the door) and very casual. Just bring or wear a pair of clean, dry shoes and a smile. The music is swingin jazz, a great mix to practice your East Coast, Lindy, Charleston, Balboa. First time coming to the studio? Were across the street and just south of the Blue Line Western Stop. There is free street parking along Western, and both free and metered parking on Armitage, Milwaukee and the side streets. We do not yet have our grand exterior sign. Were in the middle of the block and we have brochures right outside our door. Age: 18+. Social dancing starts about 9pm. The music is swingin jazz, a great mix to practice your East Coast, Lindy, Charleston, Balboa.
