ORABEZA KIZOMBA WEEKEND NAIROBI - AUG 2019. What is Morabeza? , Morabeza encompasses a hospitable, relaxed and friendly energy that speaks to the soul of a people. Morabeza Kizomba Weekend Nairobi translates this energy as a promise of solidarity that prevails in both pleasant and trying times, through acts of kindness, love, empathy and hospitality towards one another. We believe that this promise is found in its purest state when we dance Kizomba. In our quest to spread the Kizomba culture to the world, our dance communities can sometimes grow competitive and become divided. We are to work together and make ourselves vulnerable with each other to allow the promise of kindness, love, hospitality and friendship to guide us in this quest. And so The Kizomba District hospitably welcomes you to, MORABEZA KIZOMBA WEEKEND - The 1st Edition in NAIROBI 16th - 18th August 2019. , ( Following the success of The Nairobi Kizomba Semba Intensive events previously held! ) Mark your calendars and save the date to celebrate with us in Nairobi Kenya, for a very special weekend offering of Kizomba, Semba, Afrobeats, Afrohouse and Kuduro from cream-of-the-crop instructors, DJs and social dancers.
