Welcome to a truly transformative experience unlike any you’ve ever encountered in the Latin dance world! Fundamental footwork, timing, and styling are just the beginning. I’ll be guiding you to the next level by providing you with powerful mental frameworks designed to enhance your self-confidence and enable you to thrive on and off the dance floor.
I will be breaking down the fundamentals of salsa on2 timing, footwork, body movement, and arm styling in a fun and supportive atmosphere. I will also take time to discuss the power of SELF-COMPASSION and demonstrate to you how this improves your presence on the dance floor and super charges your interactions in everyday life.
