20 years of Easter Tango! We are celebrating a birthday! From 18th to 22nd April 2019 we invite you to the 20th International TangoFestival OsterTango 2019 in Basel. We look forward to many visitors who celebrate with us. Romeo Cecile and the festival team The unique TangoFestival OsterTango combines marathon and festival and takes place in the Volkshaus in the center of Basel. The festival will inspire with seminars and workshops by Chicho Frumboli Juana Sepulveda, Ruben Sabrina Veliz, Fausto Carpino Stephanie Fesneau, Guillermo Barrionuevo Mariela Sametband and Jonathan Saavedra Clarisa Aragon and a TangoTalk with Silvia Ceriani. The introductory course will be headed by Lionel Wirz Isabel Brumann. Live parties and the over 60-hour marathon guarantee well-danced, long nights and days. The program in the large ballroom promises intense tango. Through the nights leads the presenter Pepa Palazon from Buenos Aires. On Thursday we will open with Viva la Pepa! Milonga, on Friday Otros Aires presents their first acoustic album, on Saturday the Orquesta Solo Tango Chino Laborde and 4 top-class dance couples will play the Volkshausbuhne and on Sunday Orquesta Solo will play Tango Chino to the dance.
