TGS is the answer to those who are hungry, clutching at a Sunday morning back row pew of worry with prayers for poetry. As national and regional poetry slams continue thrive around the country, we invite everyone to return and are proud to present to you the 8th Annual TEXAS GRAND SLAM POETRY FESTIVAL! At final stage, 10 poets will compete for the title of Texas Grand Slam Champion and for the first place prize of 1,200. This is truly not an event to miss.
