The Karitane Blues Retreat was borne out of a dream to foster the growth of the Blues dance scene in New Zealand. As our nations only current Blues-specific event, we aim to provide a unique space for individuals to grow their dancing and connect with other members of the Blues dance community. Were especially interested in providing inspiration for local scene leaders and influencers. The Retreat is located in the small beach township of Karitane (35min drive from Dunedin central). Workshops will be held at the town hall and all three accommodation options are within a 5 minute walk from the hall. 2019 dates: 15th Feb (Friday, 6pm) 18th Feb (Monday, 12pm)
