This year we have an extra focus on music. More details soonish...Lindy Shock University started in 2007 by Marcell Bendik with local swing dancers. Planned to be a good event for Hungarian dancers. Ended up as a major European swing dance event. Every year around 100 volunteers help to make it happen. Meet the core [hidden] university's aim is to help spread the love of Lindy hop and related culture by providing quality teaching for international dancers. Welcome to Lindy Shock University in Budapest, Hungary! Our university would like to help spread the love of Lindy hop and related culture by providing quality teaching for international dancers. We hope that you can find new knowledge and great atmosphere worth to take home and show to your local community. RANDOM QUOTE 2011 was my first time in Budapest ever and I can only say: Ill be back next year and Ill drag all my friends with me, too! Mindblowingly fantastic organization, inspiring classes, great location, hours of blissfull social dancing until sunrise and some of the best moments in my lindy life all at Lindy Shock!
