Enjoy a full weekend of exciting classes, thrilling milongas, and jaw-dropping performances from our world-class instructors and student showcases! Steve Rakkar has produced this Dallas Tango festival. He is a practicing emergency medicine doctor in the Dallas metroplex. He was raised in England, and has lived in Texas since 1984. He is married to Jane and has 4 children. His interests are Argentine tango, sailing, music and travel.
