Shimmy your way in to Sacred Elements Every Monday at 6:00PM for Belly Dance Class! LIVE Drummers! Great Vibes!
These FUN & CASUAL Workshops are led by Professional Fitness Instructor and Award-Winning Belly Dancer, Amy Jean Gooslin! (High Priestess Morgana Moonwater) & Leader of The Award-Winning BellyDance Troupe "Magick in Motion".
The workshops are lots of fun & a GREAT Work-Out! Beginner to intermediate levels... learn at your own pace! This night of the week we focus on conditioning and technique, touching on choreography.
Wear comfortable clothing that fits well and a coin hip scarf is recommended, but not required. If you don't have one, some are available in the shop.
Very low-impact workout, great for everyone.... the ancient ritualistic art of belly dancing promotes healthy weight and muscle tone, relieves stress, improves flexibility and awakens your inner Goddess!!!
Come join us every Monday for fitness and fun at 6pm for just a $6.00 fee per workshop!!! Only $20 BUCKS for the entire month!
