La Esquina is open to everyone, and no partner is required. We provide a friendly environment for the Greater Atlanta tango community, visiting tangueros, and learning newcomers.
Come join us to work on your dance, meet new people and enjoy the company of wonderful friends. If you are new to the Argentine Tango dance scene and community, come see why we all love this dance so much. Your journey will be fun and rewarding.
During the Practica, we welcome collaboration among dancers. There are no floor rules. If you want to work on something and discuss it, feel free. If you have questions, Tina Marie will be happy offer thoughtful and constructive feedback.
* La Esquina Practica offers the perfect place for beginners and advanced dancers alike. Beginners gain valuable dancing experience in preparation for more formal Tango events (Milongas) and experienced dancers enjoy the space and the time to work new skills and share with the community.
Tango is a process, and when we enjoy the process, we grow in our personal development and become more creative and conscientiousness dancers.
There is no substitute for hours spent
in focused practice.
