Our regular BBR format is back for the year!
8:00-9:00 p.m. First lesson, Rhythm dance: This week: Hustle
10 minutes for practice/snack/water
9:10 – 10:00, Second of two lessons: Smooth dance. This week: Foxtrot
10:00-11:00 Open Dancing
11:00: “So long, farewell, Auf Wiedersehen, goodnight”
$10 for one lesson, $15 for both, plus practice time.

We're in the Dunkin' Donuts building that is right in front of Arlington High School. Turn in the Dunkin' driveway, park in back and come upstairs to join us. The DANCE FLOOR is beautiful! You won't find a better floor anywhere! It's an 1,100 square foot hardwood floor (bamboo) over the best dance floor pad on the market. What does this mean to your dancing? Your joints are now cushioned and comfortable while you're on the floor! You'll love it! Come dance with us!
Joe Donato started this unique format 10 years ago in Philadelphia and this is our 5th year of doing it in the Hudson Valley! He designed "Ballroom By Request" as a unique place where people can come and learn how to do all those great dances they see on "Dancing with the Stars," at any social event/party/wedding reception where popular music is being played.
No membership required! All skill levels catered to! No partner necessary!
$10 for one lesson, $15 for both lessons. Fruit, chocolate & water at no extra charge!
