Belly Dance BLAST is an electrifying and vibrant cardio and toning dance fitness workshop that has easy to follow moves to sexy, hip shaking and core tightening songs!
Everything from Shakira to Bollywood hits to sexy burlesque routines! Learn and refresh basic posture, alignment, shimmies, isolations, belly rolls and MUCH more! Belly Dance is a powerful way to lose weight, burn calories, strengthen the core, and sculpt the body!
Wearing a jingle belly dancing hip scarf is strongly encouraged. You may purchase one for $15 if you'd like to wear one, but don't own one!
BEGINNER FRIENDLY!
You do not have to be an expert or seasoned in belly dancing to attend! Come try out something new, fun and FRESH!
