DESCRIPTION:
Do you know which movements belong to each family of steps? In this 6-week technique intensive, you’ll learn ATS® vocabulary (not limited to Level 1 and 2) in relation to the fundamental movement families (Bump, Egyptian, Arabic, and Shimmy) and slow vocabulary.
Each week, an FCBD® instructor will go over proper technique for the featured core movement to build a strong foundation. Then, you’ll learn to use the core movement in new ways with exciting ATS® steps from Level 2 and beyond! We’ll use fun drills and variations to explore the relationship between steps in each of the movement families.
REQUIREMENTS: Open to all levels

Sep 28 (Week 3) - Egyptian family: Egyptian Extravaganza
Oct 5 (Week 4) - ATS® Slow Vocabulary: Melting Slow, Milk it!
Oct 12 (Week 5) - Bump family: Bump to the Beat
Oct 19 (Week 6) - Spins and Slow Turns!
