In this beginner session, you’ll learn the basic system of ATS® in a fun and supportive environment.
You will learn slow and fast movements, as well as the theory of group improvisation. Although class material progresses throughout the session, there is plenty of review built in, so you can join any time. We will have you dancing in your very first class!
