Class Schedule (12:00 PM - 3:15 PM)
• 12:00 PM Registration / Check-in
• 12:15 PM Breaking Down the Basics: From learning basic hip work to undulating movements, this class will go over the fundamentals from the ground up to help you build solid technique.
• 1:00 PM Isolations: This segment will continue teaching more basics, but adding more isolation drills that require a little more muscle control for more defined movement.
• 1:45 PM Shimmies Galore: Now that we have a solid foundation of the basics, we will work on different variations of shimmies and how to match which shimmy to what music. Get ready to shake like you never have before.
• 2:30 PM Putting It All Together: In the final segment, we will combine all of what we have learned into a short, fun choreography to help you on your way to becoming a fabulous dancer.
