Old School Hip-Hop Dance Party
“Block Rockin Your Sunday Morning”
Reminisce the good ol' days with DJ Eric Monkhouse dropping some old school hip-hop flava in ya ear from the 80's, 90's and 2000's.
Brush up on your MC Hammer running man and dust down your favorite hip hop threads or classic onesie.
Eric will also lead a warming 1hr yoga flow class to get you in the groove.
Free chai and morning nibbles.
Sunday June 4th 9-10am Yoga Class
10am-12pm Dance Party
$25 yoga class and dance
$15 dance only (kids come free)
