Do you want to learn to belly dance in a fun and supportive environment? Would you like to feel empowered through ancient wisdom to gain insight into yourself while also celebrating your femininity and strength?
In their 16th year at Omega, sisters Titanya Dahlin and Dondi Dahlin use the Chinese Five Elements to reconnect us to our joy, passions, self-awareness, and a deeper understanding of others. Through belly dancing, we move into a healing relationship with our bodies that opens the doors to acceptance and gratitude.

Throughout the weekend, we experience an abundance of dancing, discussion, laughter, personal reflection, visualization, and ritual. These daughters of energy medicine pioneer Donna Eden teach us about the cultures, traditions, music, and dance in the Middle East, North Africa, and Spain. Along the way, we explore movement and technique for the beginning dancer in a safe and fun workshop for women of all body types, ages, and backgrounds.
Dress comfortably and bring a full skirt and veil, if you have them.
Titanya Dahlin started training in dance when she was seven years old and now teaches belly dance worldwide and produces theatrical shows. She has her own self-healing and fitness DVDs, called Energy Dance, which combine various dance forms with principles of Donna Eden’s energy medicine. titanyaspirit.com
Dondi Dahlin is a member of the Screen Actors Guild, winner of the Belly Dancer of the Universe competition, and one of the original “Belly Dance Superstars.” Dondi is author of two books, including The Five Elements, and performs around the world. learnthefiveelements.com
