Join PEACE for a women's dance class led by Bates College dance students! This night filled with dance will be a great way to unwind from your daily routine. Inspired by hip-hop movement, this high energy cardio class will push your body outside of its comfort zone to help you find new areas of confidence within yourself. We cant wait to cut loose and sweat with you! Please wear sneakers and clothes for movement.
PEACE (Positive Ethnic and Cultural Exchange) is a growing initiative working to build community among women at the YWCA and emphasize cross cultural exchange. PEACE meets the first and third Thursday of every month from 5pm-6:30 at the YWCA. PEACE programming takes place in a women-only environment and all women-identified people are welcome.
