Join us for an afternoon of learning and dancing Argentine Tango! The 3-hour Tango Boot Camp is designed to teach you basic communication regarding improvisation and some lovely figures that are staples of this beautiful dance. The material will ease you into the subtle and profound energy of tango through the music, the embrace, and the walk.
Argentine Tango: This popular and global social dance has limitless posibilities even on a simplistic level. The moment-to-moment creativity is due to the concepts used in communication and connection. Because of the beautiful spontaneious improvisation, no two dances are the same and is one of the many reasons tango is condidered by many to be the 'ultimate partner dance' for social enjoyment.
Tina Marie brings a holistic approach to the classroom for an authentic cultural experience, fascinating concepts of tango, and instructs mindfulness practices for easy movement and simplified technique.
