Bhangra Hop is a fusion of Bhangra AND hip hop! Bhangra is frequently described as "the hip hop of India," so what a team!
Bhangra is the folk dance from Punjab, India that was traditionally performed at harvest celebrations and is now a popular dance worldwide featuring invigorating music and energetic movement. Hip hop has been a continuously developing street dance form that started with the cultural movement by inner-city youth in the Bronx in the 70's.
Funky music mixes, fundamental moves dance combinations for both bhangra and hip hop, and lively, original choreography that fuse these dance and music forms will thrill all skill and experience levels, from the novice to advanced. Just want the cardio benefit? Bring it!
