A Modern Dance class for those who are just getting back into it and need a refresher on basics, or for those who have never danced Modern before and are looking for a new artistic expression to add to life. Trust me, it's fun, and feels really good! We will explore the fundamentals of movement, weight, core, flow, and energy with an occasional fun with choreography and improv.
Class will be a progressive 6 week series starting Tuesday October 11th 8pm and every Tuesday after except holidays. This first class is FREE, and every other class after is $15 drop in or $60 for a 6 class card at the start of each new 6 week series. 8pm Marigold Movement Center.
