What is Notorious FIT?
Created by Senior SoulCycle Instructor & Movemeant Foundation Founder, Jenny Gaither, Notorious F.I.T. is a high-energy, hip hop cardio class structured to give dancers (and non-dancers) an opportunity to use old-school hip hop and fresh beats to build stamina, strength, flexibility and body conditioning. Take a break from the traditional dance class setting and move in a casual, club-like environment that will leave you feeling sassy, strong and confident.
YEP, let's put aside our egos, insecurities, and fears and choose to LIVE OUR LIVES on the dance floor.

What will be provided?
Beverages and snacks will be provided. There will also be a cash bar for those who might need a boost of liquid courage for those over 21.
Do you have to have dance experience?
No dance experience is required. The goal is to shift all insecurites, fear, and discomfort to a safe place of feeling silly, empowered, careless, and confident. Awkward dancing is seriously the best kind of dancing there is.
What to wear?
Anything you feel sassy, sexy, and comfortable in that are NOT in the jean or leather pant family. Workout apparel is suggested (tank or tee, loose pants or crops), but by all means, dress your best and bring your flavor. Everyone must wear sneakers (no heels or bare feet).
What to bring?
ID - it's a dance club and every particpant must be over 18. Optional: water, towel, phone for snaps.
