Introductory Movement Based in Bartenieff Fundamentals and Modern Dance
Wednesday August 10, 17, 24 from 8:30 - 9:50am
This is an awareness based movement / dance class, open to movers without prior experience. We will explore the fundamentals of movement and specifically modern dance movement, working with the developmental movement patterns and Bartenieff fundamentals. The approach is organic, experience based and centered in embodiment practice.
