Unleash Your Inner Goddess!
This Beginners Choreography class will focus on the building blocks of one of the oldest and most evolved forms of dance in the world – Belly Dance! Have fun while learning basic dance vocabulary and technique with full breakdowns, combinations and muscle isolation. This class will help improve posture, muscle control, coordination and flexibility.
No dance experience necessary!

Class meets on Fridays from 6:30 - 7:45pm.

Attire is critical and I ask that you only wear form fitting clothing. This allows us both to focus on proper posture, body alignment and movement execution.
What to Wear
Sports Bra/tank tops/fitted tees. Leggings/yoga pants/leotard/shorts.
Bare feet/ballet slipper/foot thongs/no heeled flexible dance shoes.
Please bring a scarf or shawl to tie around your hips.
Silk veils will be available for purchase.
What not to Wear
Sweat shirts/loose or oversized T-Shirts. Sweat pants or suits/jeans/skirts/street clothing.
Outdoor shoes/socks/heeled dance shoes.
