Join us starting this November for Contemproary Modern with Sam of CKDC! Our Contemporary Modern focuses on various modern techniques. Somatic awareness, breath, and artistic expression will be explored in class. We'll go through a series of warm-up and across the floor activities, improvisational movement and floor-work, and end with a bit of choreography!
No dress code is enforced, take class in dance or fitness attire. Socks or bare feet are encouraged.
