Do you like hip-hop & urban dance fitness but sometimes need a little extra break-down? Are you an instructor that wants some fresh hip-hop dance fitness choreo to put in your class? Or do you JUST NAIL hip-hop and love it and cannot get enough of it?! Well if you answered YES to any of those questions, THIS SPECIAL CLASS is for YOU!
BONUS gift to everyone who comes that is FREE! Who doesn't like FREE? BUT you have to come to the class to get it! WHOOP!
Come join creator of Jolt Dance Fitness Jaymee a.k.a JUICEE J for a hip-hop dance fitness choreography break-down followed by a work-out!
The first 45 minutes she is going to break down the steps slowly so you can learn 8 count by 8 count. This will be more like interval training.
The second 45 minutes is gonna be a non-stop work out!!! Fake it til you make it; no dance back ground necessary! Bring water and an attitude to learn and do YOUR BEST!
COVER $12 (for adults) $6 for children 11+
This class is open to instructors and adult students as well as mature participating children 11+ ( a guardian must be present participating or watching).
SPACE IS LIMITED! Doors open at 2:30PM TO SIGN WAIVERS AND THEN WE WILL START PROMPTLY AT 3PM!
