Portland-based Flamenco dancer Mitsue “La Pura" Johnson brings her latest Flamenco experience to The Old Church Concert Hall for a one-night-only special event. On November 6th, at 8 p.m., the performance ALBA (dawn) will grace the stage at The Old Church Concert Hall in downtown Portland. It is the debut show for La Pura’s new non-profit organization, 3Shine Flamenco.
The show includes dance, song and guitar music—the three main components of the Flamenco genre. Joining La Pura are internationally recognized Spanish vocalist, Antonio De Jerez of Jerez de la Frontera; World-famous palmista and percussionist, Luis De La Tota of Jerez de la Frontera; and one of the most sought after Flamenco Guitar Virtuosos in the United States, Jose Tanaka of Japan.
Tickets to ALBA are $20 for General Admission or $25 for Premium reserved seating tickets.
Doors open at 7:00 PM. Show begins at 8:00 PM.
