Media Luna Vineyards [Me”di*a*lu”na\, n. Media Luna means both half moon and cartwheel in Spanish!] [hidden]
Media Luna creates delicious, award winning wines that help you celebrate life. San Francisco locals Nicole DeMeo (unicorn and tech marketing executive/business builder) and Jennifer Grayzar (ER doctor) got involved with The Vines of Mendoza project (private vineyards estates, 5 star rated resort, Francis Mallmann's Siete Fuego restaurant) and then doubled down and bought Media Luna Vineyards in 2007. Their boutique vineyard features estate grown Sauvignon Blanc, Malbec Rosé, Malbec Premium and Reserve wines and soon Cabernet Franc from the majestic Uco Valley in Mendoza, Argentina. Nicole will share the story behind their vineyard adventure and talk us through a tasting of their wines and how they brought them to the Bay Area.
OCSC Sailing: [hidden]
For some, sailing is about personal growth and connection with nature. For others, it's about meeting good people, sailing home with a fiery sunset over the stern. Sailing is all these things and more. Visit [hidden] for more info.
We love sailing, but OCSC isn’t just about moving a boat across the water powered by wind and a knowledge of the sea. It’s about discovery and exploration, freedom and responsibility. And taking the helm both literally and figuratively.
