The mission of THE COMPANY is to help aspiring young dancers refine their technical and artistic skills, develop positive personal values and life skills, and gain valuable stage experience. Members of the company will have opportunities to perform in pre-professional productions staged by experienced trainers and choreographers. Through its productions and outreach efforts, the company will help promote ballet as an art form, contribute to the cultural life of El Paso, and enrich the lives of our fellow citizens
