Tuesdays 6:30-8:00 pm @ Next Gen Studios, 519 8th Ave 12th fl By Sergio Segura Description Argentine Tango is the ultimate antiaging and rejuvenating activity, where you exercise your body, mind, spirit and emotions connecting with other people through the beautiful music and a warm embrace. Tango Beginner class is 1.5 hour long. The program is designed to teach you the basic fundamentals of tango that will help you to start to understand the dance and feel confident on the dance floor. We’ll provide you the tools you need to build your dance and feel great in our tango classes as well as the social dances (milongas) around the city. At every class you will receive instruction about Body conditioning, Technique, partner connection, basic templates About Sergio Segura, director of Strictly Tango NYC Sergio Segura is a Dancer, Tango Teacher, choreographer and show producer, born in Argentina. He has a degree in IT, specialized in Systems Analysis. He developed a learning system that brings an integration of classic Argentine Tango, Body conditioning, postural corrective exercises, body mechanics and neuroscience making his classes fun, entertaining, healthy and very unique. It is guaranteed that people will be dancing at the end of his classes. His teaching method was developed during 20 years and it became very popular working for the NYC Parks and Recreations since 2014, teaching tango at the NYC Parks to more than 40,000 people.
