Let it Go! in Chica-Go! Let Your Heart Shine! Are you holding back your feelings? Is it hard to reach out to those you love with passion and openness? Come join us for a playful and expressive movement class with music, that will increase your ability to feel, relieve stress and release tension in your body. I will teach you tools, so that you can open up your heart. Be more connected and passionate towards the people you love and the things you love to do, fully energized and happier. As you release and let go and open, a more natural flow of your energy is created. Emotions and feelings held in the muscles are set free so you have more room for joy and pleasure in your life!
