Need some practice, but don't have a ton of time? Join us at The Studio for a short, but substantial dance practice. Movements will be briefly broken down and then repetitively drilled to help students build strength, stamina, and muscle memory. All levels are welcome, but some general knowledge of basic belly dance movements is suggested.
