Modern dance is an approachable dance form that emphasizes breathe and flow, integrated body, and centering. We will stretch and strengthen the body through expressive movement. The class will start with a warm-up and introduction to technique, move into guided improvisation and finish with a short choreography that brings all elements together. No prior dance experience needed. This will be presented in a 6-week format on Wednesdays at 5:30p in our Davenport location (this class will NOT be heated). Cost ...
