STUDIO 4 U is a Women's Fitness Center designed to provide a safe, affordable and convenient fitness option for every age, every fitness level and every interest with the intent to motivate women to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We have progressive resistance machines in our circuit, aeropilates reformers, treadmill & elliptical, recumbent bikes and a "night-club" inspired dance studio. There are NO contracts and our membership is only $25.00 a month.
