Presented in community-based settings, including Henry Street Settlement on Manhattan’s Lower East Side and Casita Maria in the Bronx, Flamenco Week includes joint parent-child classes, classroom workshops, and family and student performances. The Company now has an institutional base at The Point, a non-profit organization and community center dedicated to youth development and the cultural and economic revitalization of the Hunts Point section of the Bronx. This partnership enables us to develop multifaceted community outreach programming on a long-term basis.
