Crucially, this data is stored only on your device. We do not transmit, sync, or store this data on external servers. If you delete the Application, this local data will be permanently removed.

B. Personal Information

We do not collect, store, or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your real name, email address, phone number, or physical location. We do not require you to create an account to play the game.

3. Third-Party Services and Analytics

A. Apple App Analytics

We may use Apple’s built-in App Analytics (available via App Store Connect) to view aggregated, anonymous data about download numbers, crash rates, and retention. This data is governed by Apple’s privacy policy and your device settings. You can opt-out of sharing crash data with developers in your iOS Privacy settings.

B. No Ad Tracking

10 Level Offline does not include third-party advertising networks (such as AdMob or Facebook Audience Network) and does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to track you across other apps or websites.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our Application is safe for families and children. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Because the game functions offline and requires no account setup, there is no mechanism for us to collect such data.

5. Internet Connection

The Application is designed to function entirely without an internet connection. No data is transmitted to us during gameplay.

6. Your Data Rights

Since we do not store your personal data on our servers, we do not hold data that can be requested, exported, or deleted by us. You retain full control over your data; you may delete your game data at any time by simply deleting the Application from your iOS device.
