Live Dance Class In Central Park

This Sunday morning at 10 AM we will have a two-part class. First, Tawni Lanford will teach a beginner level solo jazz class. (Swing dance moves you can do by yourself) Tawni will lead a basic warm up, and then a short routine. No experience, or talent required. Second class to follow. Spencer Weisbond will teach Advanced beginner swing/Lindy Hop. Level 2/3 Brush up your basic swing, and push it to the next level with basic Lindy hop 8 count patterns and styling. Beginner friendly! (Some experience helpful) BRING YOUR OWN PARTNER. NO PARTNER ROTATION. MASKS REQUIRED. SAFE DISTANCE IN EFFECT. Location: The Bethesda Fountain Directions: Enter Park at 72nd st East OR West and walk across 72nd. Bethesda fountain is about halfway across on the uptown side of the overpass. We will be down the stairs in a large open air covered location opposite the fountain. This is a donation based class Suggested $10-20 for both.
