Salsa Tots

The Salsa Tots class is 45 min long. Parents are encouraged to arrive 10 to 15 min before the scheduled time to get themselves and their toddler ready (change into indoor shoes, go to the bathroom, drink water, etc) Please note that registration for the Salsa Tots class in The Glebe is done through the Glebe Neighbourhood Activities Group (GNAG) and will open on December 4th. Our dance fitness classes, based on Latin music, are the ideal way for the whole family to stay active from pregnancy to childhood. Salsa Babies Ottawa is the license owner of the Salsa Babies programs in the City of Ottawa. Our dance classes take you from BELLY to BABY and back to being a BABE again in no time, while our TODDLER and KIDS programs keep little ones coming back for more! Our Business was founded out of a desire to bring families together through dance, fitness and music. We provide a child friendly environment, where the whole family can dance together to the beat of lively Latin and international music.
