Ballet - the new Yoga! Fitness. Posture. Brain exercise. Artistic Development. Performance. [hidden] Improve your posture & lines, better your core strength, tone your arms, legs and abs, increase flexibility and agility, increase brain activity, increase your stamina...there are just uncountable benefits to practicing ballet! You will learn many of the techniques, fundamental steps, arms and postures that makes ballet dancers look the way that do. Don't be shy and come explore why ballet, which started in the 15th century, is still popular for various ages today, and a crucial training for all types of dancers and figure skaters alike! Never too late to learn and all Ladies & Gents welcomed. No experience required! For footwear, please bring ballet slippers, jazz slippers, or just socks to start. Graduates from this program or those with prior ballet experience can try our class on Tuesdays 6-7pm. Pointe work will also be introduced for those who are ready. :) Spaces are very limited as for all ballet classes, registration required on [hidden] $20/drop in or $135 for 8 class package.
